Child Safety Standards
2026-08-07
Uncensored AI Chat is an adult service that prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) without exception. This page states our standards, what we actually do to enforce them, and how anyone — user or not — can report a concern to us.
The short version
- Uncensored AI Chat is for adults. The service is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
- Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexualisation of a minor are forbidden — in every framing, including fiction, roleplay, hypotheticals and 'age-play'.
- This is enforced automatically, on every message, not only when somebody complains.
- There is no way to contact another person through Uncensored AI Chat. You talk to an AI model, not to other users.
- Anyone can report a concern to us, without an account, at uncensoredaichat.ai/support.
- Confirmed CSAM is removed and referred to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the competent authority for the jurisdiction.
What these standards cover
These standards apply to the Uncensored AI Chat website, the Uncensored AI Chat Android application, and every other interface we operate under the name Uncensored AI Chat. They apply to what users submit and to what our AI model produces.
We use the term CSAE (child sexual abuse and exploitation) for the whole category: sexual content involving anyone under 18, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, and the sexualisation of minors in any form. We use CSAM for material that depicts it. A minor is any person under 18, regardless of the age of majority where they live.
Why our service is shaped differently from a social app
Most child-safety risk online comes from adults reaching children: private messages, friend requests, profile discovery, media sent person to person. Uncensored AI Chat has none of those surfaces.
There are no accounts, no profiles, no usernames, no contact lists, no search for other people, and no way to send a message, an image or a file to another user. Every conversation runs between one person and an AI model. The only sharing feature produces a read-only link to a conversation you created yourself, and it still opens no channel to any other user.
This does not make the risk zero, which is why the enforcement below exists. It does mean the specific harms of grooming and peer-to-peer distribution have no route through our product.
What is prohibited
- Any sexual or sexualised depiction, description or roleplay involving a person under 18 — real, fictional, drawn, generated or described.
- Asking the model to portray a minor in a sexual context, or to portray the user as a minor in one, including 'pretend you are younger' framings.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or seeking advice on how to carry them out.
- Sharing, seeking, or attempting to generate CSAM, or seeking sources for it.
- Attempting to defeat, probe or circumvent the protections described on this page.
How we enforce this
Screening is part of the message pipeline and runs on every message, before a reply is produced. It is layered:
Reporting a concern
Anyone can report to us, whether or not they use the service, and no account is needed.
From the app or the website: use uncensoredaichat.ai/support. Reports about child safety are treated as the highest priority and are reviewed ahead of the ordinary queue.
Tell us what you saw and where. If you can include the shared-conversation link or the approximate time, it helps us find it — but a report without those details is still worth sending.
Please do not attach, quote or re-send suspected CSAM to us. Describe it instead. Copying such material, even to report it, can itself be an offence in many jurisdictions.
What we do when we receive a report
- We review it promptly and, where it concerns child safety, ahead of other reports.
- Confirmed violating content is removed, and any shared link to it is revoked.
- The originating access is blocked.
- Confirmed CSAM is preserved as required by law and referred to NCMEC (via the CyberTipline) or to the competent authority for the relevant jurisdiction, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
- Where a report reveals a gap in the automated screening, the detection rules are updated so that the same pattern is caught the next time.
Reporting to someone other than us
You do not need to go through us first, and for suspected CSAM you should not wait for us:
United States — NCMEC CyberTipline, report.cybertip.org. United Kingdom — Internet Watch Foundation, report.iwf.org.uk. European Union and elsewhere — INHOPE member hotlines, inhope.org.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Point of contact
One named person is responsible for these standards and is able to answer questions about how Uncensored AI Chat prevents, detects and acts on CSAE:
Alex, Child Safety contact for Uncensored AI Chat — Support
Law enforcement, regulators, child-protection organisations and platform partners should use that address. It is monitored, and child-safety subjects are answered ahead of everything else.
Users who simply want to report something they saw do not need to write an e-mail: uncensoredaichat.ai/support reaches the same person.
Age of users
Uncensored AI Chat is an adult service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use it, and we do not build profiles that would let us identify a user's age from their behaviour.
If we learn that an account of use belongs to someone under 18, we end that access. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has been using the service, tell us through uncensoredaichat.ai/support and we will act on it.
Changes
These standards are versioned by the date at the top of this page. Where the underlying enforcement changes, this page is updated to describe what the service actually does, not what it aspires to do.
