Delete Your Data
2026-08-07
There is no account to close, because there is no account. This page explains what is actually stored, how to delete it yourself, and how to ask us to erase the rest.
The short version
- No account, no sign-up, no e-mail. There is nothing to "close" and no profile to delete.
- Delete any conversation yourself, at any time, from the chat list. It is removed from our systems, not merely hidden.
- To erase everything at once, send us your device identifier through uncensoredaichat.ai/support.
- Clearing your browser or app storage detaches you from your history permanently — we cannot reunite you with it afterwards, and neither can anyone else.
What identifies you, given there is no account
When you first use Uncensored AI Chat, your browser or the app stores a random identifier — a long string of characters with no meaning outside our service. It is not derived from your name, e-mail, phone, device serial or anything else about you. We never ask who you are.
That identifier is the only thing tying your conversations together, which has two consequences worth knowing: it is what lets you come back to yesterday's chat, and it is also the only handle we have if you ask us to delete your data. There is no other way for us to find your conversations, because we have nothing else about you to search on.
Deleting a single conversation
Open the chat list, choose the conversation, and delete it. This is a real deletion: the conversation and its messages are removed from our storage, not flagged as hidden. A shared link to that conversation stops working at the same moment.
This takes effect immediately and needs no request to us.
Deleting everything
If you want everything associated with your device erased in one go:
- Open uncensoredaichat.ai/support.
- Include your identifier. In the web app it is shown in the sidebar, under the chat list. In the Android app it is in the menu.
- Say that you are requesting deletion of all data for that identifier.
- You do not need to give a name, an e-mail address or a reason. If you leave no way to reply, we will still carry out the deletion — you simply will not get a confirmation.
Deleting the app or clearing storage
Uninstalling the Android app, or clearing site data in your browser, discards the identifier from your device. From that point you are a new, unconnected user.
Note the asymmetry: this removes your access to the history, and it is irreversible, but by itself it does not remove the conversations from our storage. If that is what you want, delete the conversations first, or send the deletion request above before clearing storage — afterwards you will no longer have the identifier we need.
How long conversations are kept
Conversations you do not delete yourself are removed automatically 30 days after they were created. You do not have to ask for this and you cannot be charged for it; it simply happens.
Deleting a conversation yourself is immediate and does not wait for that window. Whichever comes first applies.
What is not covered by a deletion request
Two things survive, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise:
- Aggregate counters. Numbers such as "how many conversations were started today" do not go down when a conversation is deleted. They contain no content and nothing that points back to you.
- Records we are required to keep. Where the law obliges us to retain something — for example in connection with a child-safety or abuse investigation — we keep it for as long as required, and no longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise them through uncensoredaichat.ai/support.
In practice the honest answer to most access requests is short: we hold your conversations and the random identifier they hang from, and nothing that identifies you as a person. For the full picture of what is collected and why, see the Privacy Policy.
